This week’s Daily Post Photo Challenge topic is change.
There are few days as representative of change in a woman’s life as her wedding day. These photos are from my lovely sister’s wedding.
As always, thank you for visiting.

I’m glad it gave you a chuckle! I am so glad there are funny things in the world to take the edge off the bad stuff! 🙂
I am okay, just started a new treatment on Friday that has made me really sick. Hoping I’ll feel better soon. Thank you for asking!
How are you?

Oh my gosh laughter is the bestest! lol I don’t know what I’d do without it! Bring on the banter if you’re ever so inclined, I’ll keep up and even beat you a the game! 😉
Sorry you’ve been so sick! Stupid meds, help one thing and cause another! Do I need to bring you chicken soup?

You are sweet! Thank you — yeah, it’s always risk vs. benefit. The oncologist says benefit definitely wins, though it doesn’t feel like that at the moment! I don’t even think chicken soup would stay down, but I appreciate your offer! 🙂

Ugh I can’t imagine. I have such a fear of throwing up. I feel for you. I truly hope it passes soon and you’ll be begging me for more than just chicken soup 😉 Rest well and take care of you xo

Sorry take three here…i’m going for my first mammogram this week, i’m so scared. i hate being touched, or exposing myself and I don’t want to know anything. it’s just routine got a new family doc and he found out my age, he likes to cover all the bases but it scares me.

Glad it’s just routine, but I can understand your fear — and your feelings about not wanting to expose yourself/be touched, especially in that area of the body. I think women who’ve been abused don’t always get the care they need because of these feelings.
I am so proud of you for going. It’s important. And it’s good that you’ll have a baseline mammo.
Treat yourself to a coffee or lunch after you go — you deserve it. And maybe it will help to make the next time less stressful if you associate a positive memory with the day…
I’ll be thinking of you and sending good thoughts your way. xoxo
